What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number and what you type. If you text us a photo, we receive the photo and your number. If you call, we may note what you said.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to plan a site visit and to write your quote. We don't sell it. We share an address only with the people we have to book for your job, such as the gas fitter or the inspector.

How long we keep it

We keep quotes and job records for as long as the work and its records require. Ask us to delete a message that did not become a job.
